Wednesdays 7–8pm at Riverside Youth Club just keep getting better. Today we focused on the 6-step, building confidence with floor work, understanding weight distribution and staying on beat with our counts. Weekdays 6–7pm Another powerful session today exploring music, lyrics and storytelling. We dived into K-Trap, breaking down bars, flow and meaning, and looked at favourite lyrics to understand what makes them hit. From word association to building rhymes, everyone got involved and started shaping their own ideas into something real. Our first Smart Tech for Seniors session went super well and we loved the positive energy in the room! This week we covered Introduction to Technology, helping participants build confidence through fun, practical, hands-on tasks — asking questions, exploring their devices, and learning together in a supportive space.
