Our Transition to Secondary (TTS) programme helps Year 5 and 6 pupils build confidence and independence ahead of starting secondary school, running 23 weeks from September to March with a focus on online safety, outdoor activities and an overnight trip to finish. Sessions take place every Wednesday, 5-6pm, at Riverside Youth Club in Deptford, and like all our programmes, it's completely free.
