It was a pleasure sharing the stage with such inspiring panellists:
Somya Dimri – Amnesty International
Jessica R. - Save The Rhinos International
We had an honest and wide-ranging conversation about the good, the bad, and the ugly of the not-for-profit sector — from grassroots organisations to international charities. We explored the future of the sector, the skills needed to thrive, the importance of volunteering, and our personal journeys into this work (and why we’ve stayed).

One question directed to me was around what first motivated me — and what still does. The answer is not easy to encompass into one thing but what does remain the same is engaging with curious, inquisitive young minds who genuinely want to understand how they can contribute, create impact, and build meaningful careers. I always leave these sessions feeling invigorated, hopeful, and excited for what’s to come.
A big thank you to @Patrick Molloy for the invitation to return, and to everyone who joined, listened, and asked such thoughtful questions.
The future of the sector is in good hands ✨
