Over the years, I’ve completed multiple formats of first aid training — from military environments to schools, workplaces, and outdoor settings. And honestly? Every single time I train, I either learn something new or reinforce something vital.

I’ve also been in real situations where I’ve had to step in as a first aider. Those moments make one thing very clear:
you pray you never need to use these skills — but if you do, the fresher the training is in your mind, the more effective, calm, and useful you’ll be to someone who is sick or in distress.
First aid training isn’t a tick-box exercise. It’s a responsibility. And it’s something we should revisit regularly.
Thank you again for investing in skills that genuinely save lives.
